Welcome to the official Beijun Apparel Terms of Use portal (operated by Dongguan Beijun E-commerce Co., Ltd.). We provide custom OEM and ODM garment manufacturing services for apparel brands, fashion labels, and commercial buyers worldwide. Establishing clear commercial guidelines ensures smooth collaboration, protects your custom designs, and sets precise standards for production timelines and quality control. By browsing our website, requesting commercial quotes, or placing manufacturing orders with our Dongguan facility, you accept and agree to the operational terms outlined below.
1. Scope of B2B Manufacturing Services
We specialize in custom clothing manufacturing, fabric sourcing, pattern engineering, and bulk production for international apparel brands. We govern all manufacturing orders through official Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Contracts, and approved Technical Packs (Tech Packs).
- Commercial Eligibility: We offer our manufacturing services strictly to business entities, retail brands, and authorized corporate buyers.
- Quote Validity: We guarantee price quotations for 30 calendar days from the date of issue to account for changing raw material prices, exchange rates, and international shipping rates.
2. Sampling Protocols, Tech Packs & Pre-Production Approvals
Custom apparel manufacturing requires precise design details to achieve exact production results:
- Tech Pack Accuracy: We ask clients to provide complete vector artwork, Pantone color references (TCX/TPG), graded measurement specification sheets, and clear fabric requirements before we start pattern drafting.
- Physical Sample Approval: We launch bulk production only after receiving your written approval on pre-production samples. We do not take responsibility for sizing variations or design details that match your approved sample.
- Sample Fees: We charge development and sample fees prior to pattern making and sample construction. We credit these sample fees back toward your bulk order based on the contract terms in your Proforma Invoice.
3. Orders, Modifications & Cancelations
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): We enforce style, color, and fabric MOQs as agreed in our official sales contracts.
- Order Modifications: If you need to change Tech Specs, fabric colors, or sizing tables after sample approval, please send us a written request. We will update the Proforma Invoice to reflect any new material costs or schedule adjustments.
- Cancelation Terms: Because we purchase custom yarns, dye fabrics, and book production lines specifically for your order, we cannot cancel orders once fabric cutting or dyeing begins. We retain deposits paid on active orders once production starts.
4. Production Tolerances & Industry Standards
Textile manufacturing naturally involves minor physical variations during knitting, dyeing, cutting, and stitching. We follow international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 2.5) standards across all production lines:
- Sizing Tolerances: Fabric stretch and steam pressing cause minor dimensional shifts. We maintain an industry-standard sizing tolerance of +/- 1.0 cm to 1.5 cm across specification measurements.
- Color Dyeing Tolerances: We match fabric dye lots closely to Pantone standards. However, minor shade differences (Delta E ≤ 1.5) between sample swatches and bulk dye lots represent standard textile behavior.
- Quantity Variances: To handle minor rejection rates during final quality control, we reserve the right to deliver within a +/- 3% bulk quantity variance. We adjust your final balance invoice to match the exact number of finished pieces.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Design Safeguards
We actively protect your intellectual property throughout every stage of design and manufacturing:
- Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your logos, vector artwork, brand trademarks, CAD files, and proprietary tech packs.
- NNN Protection: We protect your original designs under binding Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention (NNN) agreements. We never copy, market, show to third parties, or resell your proprietary patterns, custom garments, or branded apparel.
- Platform Content: Dongguan Beijun E-commerce Co., Ltd. owns all content on this website, including manufacturing guides, photos, text, and corporate logos. We prohibit unauthorized copying or distribution of our website material.
6. Payment Terms, Shipping & Incoterms
We execute international shipping under standard Incoterms 2020 as detailed in your sales contract:
- Standard Payment Structure: We require a 30% to 50% deposit before purchasing raw materials, with the remaining balance due upon final Quality Control (QC) approval before shipping.
- Customs and Tariffs: For EXW, FOB, and CIF terms, you handle destination customs clearance, import duties, regional taxes, and local port charges. For Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, we manage customs clearance and import duties through our shipping partners.
- Shipping Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. We strongly recommend purchasing freight insurance for all international shipments.
7. Quality Claims, Inspections & Liability
- Third-Party Inspections: You can assign independent inspection agencies (such as SGS, Intertek, or QIMA) to inspect your finished order at our facility before paying the balance and shipping.
- Defect Reporting Window: Please inspect shipments upon arrival and submit any written claims for manufacturing defects or missing items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Remediation: If our team confirms manufacturing defects that exceed AQL 2.5 standards, we will repair the affected garments, produce replacement units, or issue credit toward your next order. Our financial liability will not exceed the total invoice value of the defective items.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The commercial laws of the People’s Republic of China govern these Terms of Use and our sales agreements. Both parties agree to resolve any operational disputes through direct negotiation first. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will submit the dispute to binding arbitration before the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court (SCIA).
